News Favorites  Read published stories about Ohio case in which the defendant is arguing that the civil court doesn't have juristiciton over her marriage, because the couple had agreeed to abide by the chruch's rules.  The church has authority to issue a decree regarding upbringing of children and support and limits availability of civil no-fault divorce.
