State Law requires every bride and groom to notify the government when they get married. Constitutional Law Professor, Stephen Safranek, with his True Marriage Project, is inviting couples to sign the agreement in this booklet to distinguish themselves if they promise to enter a life-long marriage in accordance with their religious tradition.     (provided with Proclamation)

If a couple were to attempt to create language similar to this, they could, perhaps, bring their bible, or their religion's constitution, ecclesiastic law, catechism, and their minister, to meet with a domestic relations attorney. This "Solemn Marriage Covenant in Anticipation of Marriage" is ready to use today.
